Veggies And Dip

UPDATE: I am loving eating DIP, and this one is my favorite.  Especially with Cauliflower.  When I tried a sun-dried tomato dip at a food demo that Dr. Graham did last year, I was hooked!  Here are a few more pictures (at the bottom).  I used more sun-dried tomatoes this time.

I love this Dip with every kind of Veggies I can find in the fridge!

Put everything in the Vitamix, blend it up and then dip your favorite veggies and try some new ones!

Try cauliflower, broccoli (I didn’t have any today), red and green bell pepper, celery, tomato wedges (technically a fruit!), radishes, green onion!

Here’s the list of ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes, soaked in water for a few hours
  • 1 cup fresh Tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 sweet Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh Basil (or some dried if you don’t have fresh)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh Cilantro (or some dried if you don’t have fresh)
  • 4 pitted medjool Dates (if dates are dry, soak in water for a while also)
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • dash of Olive Oil
  • dash of Salt (to taste, optional)
